This one-day in-person workshop shows you how to use Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT to help with the laptop work that piles up after client sessions. By the end of the day you will know how to use ChatGPT to draft clear customer emails, turn messy client session notes into tidy forms, and map out a month's marketing with ready to publish blog, email and social content.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to have prior experience with ChatGPT to join?
Not at all! This workshop is designed to guide you step-by-step, even if you’re completely new to Generative AI and have not used LLM tools like ChatGPT before. All I ask is that you’re open to learning and ready to embrace some technology to simplify your admin and marketing.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT account for the workshop?
It helps but is not required. I will show you how to sign up on the day if you choose.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. If you can open a browser, app and type you will be fine. I guide you through every step.
Will you help me set up other marketing tools like my website, Canva, or my email marketing platform?
The programme includes setting up your ChatGPT account if you haven’t already and teaching you how to use it for admin, content planning and creation. If you need help with other tools and tech, such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, your website, or your email marketing platform, I can provide support outside the workshop for an additional fee.
What should I bring?
A laptop with a charger, your usual logins, and your own lunch. Light refreshments will be provided and there are kitchen facilities on site.
How many people will be in the room?
The workshop is open to a maximum of 10. This keeps the session personal and allows time for questions.
Is this workshop suitable for neurodivergent individuals?
Absolutely. I strive to make the programme inclusive and accessible, particularly for those whose brains process information in different ways. If you have Autism, AuDHD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, or any other learning disabilities, please know that I am here to make any adjustments you need.

After starting my career in public relations and marketing, followed by a stint as the editor of a national industry magazine, I transitioned into content marketing and social media management.

I've been using ChatGPT everyday in my business and with my clients since it appeared on the scene in November 2022.

Workshop cancellation policy
No shows and cancellations made the day of or 1 day before the workshop will be charged in full and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Cancellations made 2-7 days before will be charged 50%, and you will be entitled to a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 8+ days before will be entitled to a full refund minus a handling fee of ÂŁ25.
